I worked with Tanisha on a new visionary concept I was developing for single mom entrepreneurs. As I didn't have lived experience myself, Tanisha served as my target market consultant, helping me refine my programmatic design and intervention model, pulling from her personal and professional experiences as a social worker and entrepreneur herself. It was such a successful working relationship that we have continued to walk alongside each other, sound-boarding ideas and new projects, as we both continue to build women's-focused initiatives. Tanisha is talented at applying her on-the-front-lines perspective as a social worker for many years to then design and develop more holistic solutions to prevent some of the challenges that happen downstream.
